Gary is the founder and CEO of Destination Group Co. LTD, with 30 years of hotel development, operations, and ownership experience. He
has managed the company’s growth into one of Asia’s largest hospitality companies. Gary has an MBA from Dalhousie University and a BA from University of Western Ontario, Canada. He has developed 4- and 5-star resorts overseas and in Thailand under the Hilton, Starwood, Swissotel and Novotel brands & owns and operates lifestyle F&B brands.

With expertise spanning critical industry facets, including successful new openings and rebranding initiatives, Eddy’s track record is exemplary. His top-tier sales and communication skills have driven remarkable results. Eddy’s cultural intelligence, dedication to service excellence, and innate ability to foster teamwork have garnered significant achievements. With an unwavering commitment to personal and team development, he brings a dynamic approach to our organization, continually enhancing our capabilities.
Rounak Keshri Vice President Investment
Rounak, a 12-year expert in hotel and real estate investments, serves as VP of Investments. His role encompasses investment, acquisition, investor relations, and management. With a strong background at CBRE, JLL, Tata Group, and Mahindra & Mahindra in Asia. Rounak holds a Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Washington, an MBA from Pune University, and a Bachelor’s from Delhi University. He was honored with the 2019 Young Achiever Award by the World Federation of Marketing Professionals.
