We’re looking for a high-energy Hostel General Manager to lead fast-paced, social properties across Thailand. From beach destinations to city hotspots, you’ll take charge of operations, events, nightlife energy, and guest experience while managing multiple departments, including Barception, housekeeping, and kitchen.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily hostel operations end-to-end
- Manage Barception, housekeeping, and kitchen teams
- Create events, parties, and social experiences that drive revenue and occupancy
- Build a strong team culture and guest-first environment
- Drive bar sales, guest engagement, and online reputation
- Create the vibe, energy, and atmosphere our guests remember
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hostel, bar, nightlife, or hospitality management
- Strong events management background
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Hands-on leader with strong people management skills
- Passion for travel, social culture, music, nightlife, and guest experiences
- Commercial mindset with operational awareness
