About Us

At Collective Hospitality, we create experiences for our guests through the operation of three distinct brands.

Why Choose Us

Plug & Play
Infrastructure

Brand diversification and development are the keys to achieving scale in our target regions.

Distressed
Consolidation Play

COVID-19 pandemic has created an opportunity to roll-up distressed hostels throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Proven Track
Record

Collective Hospitality was established in 2012 and has grown to 32 hostels across Southeast Asia.

Institutional
Management

Financial institutional backing at an institutional scale because of its strong cash flow, long term leases, and are operated by professional management teams.

Branding
Opportunity

We currently operate three brands, each of which designed to cater to hostel travelers.

Partnership Opportunities

  • Diverse Revenue Stream

Unlike our competitors, CH hostels’ revenue streams are diversified across rooms, food and beverage, and tours. F&B spend and Tours revenue comprise approximately 70% of our annual revenue. Our primary focus is developing a complete experience for our guests and capturing the related revenue in house. This revenue stream diversification allows for a new kind of innovation in the hostel industry—and greater profits.

  • Growth & Institutional Operations

Our expansion strategy is aggressive and backed by a proven expertise in growing both organically and incorporating acquisitions. We have a “plug and play” centralized infrastructure with a strong, professional-experienced management team across design, operations, finance, and sales and marketing.

  • Back of House Infrastructure

We have invested in technologies that allow us to centralize our operations, reduce property level spend and staffing, streamline sales and marketing, implement financial controls, and scale our business better. We have developed a highly skilled leadership team who bring expertise in their respective fields.

  • Sustainability

Our commitment to sustainability and environmental, social, and governance standards are firmly rooted within the business’s operational model. All of our hostels are EDGE certified, which is IFC’s/World Bank’s own green building certification. We have ESG programs that are community-based, and we care about our local communities and the environment. We give back to the local communities wherever we do business — it’s just the right thing to do.
