Unlike our competitors, CH hostels’ revenue streams are diversified across rooms, food and beverage, and tours. F&B spend and Tours revenue comprise approximately 70% of our annual revenue. Our primary focus is developing a complete experience for our guests and capturing the related revenue in house. This revenue stream diversification allows for a new kind of innovation in the hostel industry—and greater profits.

All of our hostels are EDGE certified, which is IFC’s/World Bank’s own green building certification. We have ESG programs that are community-based, and we care about our local communities and the environment.
